India, May 26 -- Following the cessation of armed hostilities between India and Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a national address, outlined a three-point doctrine: India will no longer distinguish between terrorists and the governments that sponsor them, it will not be intimidated by "nuclear blackmail," and it will respond to acts of terror on its own terms, at a time and place of its choosing.
