India, Sept. 3 -- Merck, a leading science and technology company, and Tata Electronics Pvt Ltd, a pioneering leader in India's electronics and semiconductor manufacturing sector, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on a strategic collaboration to jointly develop capabilities in semiconductor materials, semiconductor fabrication infrastructure, and specialty chemical and gas distribution in India.
