India, April 7 -- Linedata, a provider of technology and services for the asset management and credit industries, has acquired NROAD, a company specializing in AI-enabled financial data processing. NROAD operates out of Pune, India, and Boston, USA.

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Linedata's ability to manage unstructured and complex financial data through artificial intelligence. As financial institutions face increasing volumes of data, both companies will work together to deliver tools designed to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
