India, Feb. 23 -- ISRO has extended the online application date for the ISRO YUVIKA 2020 or the young scientist programme by 10 days to ensure greater participation from students. The decision to extend the online application date was announced by the Indian Space Research Organisation on its official Twitter handle some time back.

"Thank you very much Sir for your kind words and encouragement. We are honoured and grateful for your constant support for the YUVIKA 2020. In order to have greater participation, we would like to extend the date for registration by 10 days," said ISRO on Twitter in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appreciation for the programme.
