India, Nov. 5 -- ECLIPSE project is advancing Europe's energy digitalization through a Common European Reference Framework (CERF) for energy-saving applications. This work is laying the foundations for secure, interoperable and data-sovereign energy services, while ensuring that consumers remain at the centre of the energy transition.
