India, Jan. 2 -- The Central Board of Secondary Education, (CBSE) in a bid to s to address issues concerning the quality of education in its affiliated schools, has requested all Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in the country to explore the possibility to design and offer some short term courses to principals/teachers of the private independent schools affiliated to CBSE.

CBSE keeps collaborating with institutes such as IIMs, IITS and other organizations to organize professional development programmes for its principals and teachers to organize training of teachers through its regional training centres in various subjects and other core skills related to school education.
