New Delhi, Dec. 31 -- Negotiations on the joint venture design and production of the Il-214 have reached a final stage.
During the first-ever meeting to the JWG on Civil Aviation in Moscow, the Indian and Russian delegations agreed that HAL and Russia's Ilyushin Company will continue further discussions on the joint design and production of the Il-214.
