New Delhi, Dec. 31 -- India is working on a new version of its Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle. The upgraded version will have an LEO capability of 1.6 metric tons, compared to1.4 tons presently, and a GTO capacity of 1 ton geared to low budget weather and telecom satellite applications.
