New Delhi, Feb. 28 -- Deployed in the Indian Ocean as part of Mission CLEMENCEAU 25, the French carrier strike group (CSG), comprising the aircraft carrier FNS Charles De Gaulle, its embarked air fleet and its escort vessels (frigates and supply ships), made stopovers at Goa and Kochi from 4-6 January 2025.
The CSG is deployed in the Indian Ocean, where it conducted joint training sessions with its regional partners and allies, notably India, before it moved on to the Indonesian zone for Exercise La Perouse, and then to the Pacific Ocean for Exercise Pacific Steller.
