Mumbai, Feb. 27 -- ZC Rubber, a leading Chinese tyre manufacturer, plans to build a new factory in Saltillo, Mexico.

The facility, which could cover up to 600,000 square metres, will also house a North American warehouse to improve local distribution and optimise costs.

Strategically located 250 kilometres from the US-Mexico border, the factory aims to meet Mexican and North American demand.

Henry Shen, Vice President of ZC Rubber, anticipated this investment plan, stating, "Our plan to open a tyre factory in Mexico demonstrates our commitment to meeting the growing demand for high-quality tyres in the region.
