Mumbai, Feb. 28 -- Hankook has launched a new digital platform - Laufenn365 - to streamline damage claims for its secondary tyre brand, Laufenn.

A 365-day incidental damage warranty is included with any new Laufenn truck tyres with a 17.5-inch rim and up that are bought from authorised Laufenn dealer partners in the UK between 1 January 2025, and 31 December 2025. This covers punctures or any accidental damage that renders the tyre unusable. Claim procedure can be completed on any device via the Laufenn365 website. Following completion, claims will be processed within seven business days, and clients will get an automatic email confirmation.
