India, Feb. 24 -- A recent nationwide survey commissioned by Bridgestone has explored the reasons behind UK motorists' loyalty to their local garages, revealing that the decision to return is driven by a blend of practical, personal and experiential factors. The research, which polled 2,000 drivers, indicates that while competitive pricing remains the primary reason for 48 percent of respondents, it is by no means the sole consideration.

The findings highlight the significant role of human connection in the automotive service industry.
