India, June 17 -- Black Donuts Inc will launch InTire Labs, an independent research and development centre in Tampere, Finland, aimed at advancing sustainable tyre and rubber material innovation.a

The facility has received partial funding from NextGenerationEU, the European Union's recovery instrument. An official launch event is scheduled for 16 July .

The 700-square-metre facility will operate as a neutral platform offering services ranging from compound formulation to performance validation for tyre manufacturers, rubber producers and raw material suppliers globally.
