National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) recently organised a three-day training programme on Clean Milk Production (CMP) and Milk Quality Management at the Village Level under Component B of the National Programme for Dairy Development (DTC-JICA) at Anand. Participants from Kosi, Shahabad, Vikramshila and Tirhut Milk Unions attended the programme aimed at strengthening their knowledge on improving milk quality and adopting scientific practices at the village level.
