In a strategic move to upskill food industry professionals, the International Training Centre for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (ITCFSAN) and the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, have jointly launched the Executive Diploma in Food Safety and Regulations (EDFSR). This one-year, practice-driven program is designed to strengthen technical and regulatory competencies in food safety, quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
