Godrej Agrovet Limited has announced the appointment of Y. V. Sathish as Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence, effective March 24, 2025. This follows the decision of Prafulla Bhat to retire early, with his employment ceasing at the close of business on March 31, 2025, due to early superannuation. The transition was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors on March 10, 2025.
