Godrej Agrovet Limited has successfully acquired the remaining 48.06 per cent stake in Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), thus gaining full control of the company. The acquisition, valued at Rs 930 crore, was approved by the board of Godrej Agrovet and will make CDPL a wholly owned subsidiary, according to the BSE filing.
Creamline Dairy, based in Hyderabad, is a prominent private dairy brand in southern India, widely recognised for its Godrej Jersey brand.
