The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved a proposal from the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare to establish the International Potato Centre (CIP)'s South Asia Regional Centre (CSARC) at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
