New Delhi, Feb. 3 -- Zerodha's Nithin Kamath has cautioned against the metaphorical "US Empire", pointing at the manner in which United States President Donald Trump has gone about imposing tariffs "like we are all subjects".

Taking to social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter), the techocrat wrote: "The way Donald Trump has gone about imposing tariffs and making statements about other countries makes it feel like we are all subjects of the "US empire," if it wasn't evident till now." (sic)
