New Delhi, Jan. 13 -- 'Dilbert' comic creator Scott Adams passed away on Tuesday, 13 January, following a battle with metastatic prostate cancer. He was 68 years old.

Members of The Scott Adams School (formerly called Coffee With Scott Adams) shared the news of Adams' death on Tuesday, reported Variety.

Scott Adams became a hero to millions of cubicle-dwelling office workers in the 1900s for his comic strip "Dilbert," an award-winning satire that poked fun at office culture.

He started writing blog posts praising Donald Trump in 2015, and his daily video podcast featured a range of guests.

He announced his cancer diagnosis the same time former US President Joe Biden had announced he had an "aggressive" form of prostate cancer.
