New Delhi, Aug. 3 -- While the result of the India vs England 5th Test remains to be decided on the fourth and fifth day of the match at Kensington Oval, the series is all but done with the bat for Indian captain Shubman Gill. All of 25, Gill did not have a great record in SENA countries coming into the Anderson Tendulkar Trophy, and the added pressure of captaincy made even his well-wishers admit that it could take a huge toll on the batter.
Gill, however, has surprised one and all with his performances in the series as he replaced Virat Kohli as India's bonafide number 4 batter. Just like Kohli, Gill has shown that he likes and even thrives when responsibility is placed on his shoulders.
