New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- Patient's cashless claim of Rs.61 lakh denied for policy worth Rs.2.40 crore? That's what insurance advisor Avigyan Mitra has alleged against Niva Bupa Health Insurance, in a post on professional networking site LinkedIn.

The company on its part has denied the allegations as "baseless", and stated that they have paid Rs.22.72 lakh to the policyholder, who has been a customer since November 18, 2021.
