Mumbai Suicide, March 7 -- 41-year-old Nishant Tripathi committed suicide in a hotel room bathroom at Mumbai's Sahara Hotel, allegedly blaming his wife and aunt for harassment, as reported by multiple media outlets on March 7, 2025.

According to the news portal News18's report, Mumbai police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Tripathi's wife, Apoorva Parikh and aunt, Prarthana Mishra, for allegedly being party to the suicide case due to the claims and have launched an investigation. However, they have not made any arrests in the development.
