New Delhi, March 4 -- Canadian President Justin Trudeau met B King Charles on Tuesday, March 4, as the monarch faced criticism in Canada for not reacting to US President Donald Trump's warning over the annexation of its close ally.

Taking to X, Trudeau shared a picture with the King and wrote,

"I met with His Majesty King Charles III this morning.

We spoke about matters of importance to Canadians - including, above all, Canada's sovereign and independent future."
