New Delhi, March 5 -- After a "significant security incident" on Wednesday, passengers and staff have been evacuated from Jersey Airport, the Independent quoted police as saying.

According to the report, around 300 people were told to leave the terminal following a fire alarm went off earlier on Wednesday morning. Passengers have been advised not to travel to Jersey Airport.
