New Delhi, March 25 -- Gujarat Titans (GT) will lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS) in their first clash of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Tuesday. The match will be played at GT's home ground, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Shubman Gill will be geared up to lead the Titans at the venue where he has smashed three centuries. On the other hand, Shreyas Iyer who was signed for Rs.26.75 crore by Punjab Kings, will also want to start his journey with the franchise on a high note.

The pitch in Ahmedabad is expected to be in the favour of batters and a high-scoring match is on the cards. However, the team winning the toss, should opt to bowl first, to understand the nature of the deck and then plan to chase accordingly.
