New Delhi, April 5 -- Pakistan opener Imam ul Haq suffered a brutal blow to the head during the 3rd ODI against New Zealand. After being struck while attempting to run a single, Imam was immediately on the ground in visible discomfort, holding his head. The 29-year-old was later carried off the field in a buggy ambulance.
