New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- Penguin Random House has announced the forthcoming publication of 'Why the Constitution Matters' by Justice Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, who retired as the 50th Chief Justice of India in November 2024.

The publisher said on 8 August that Justice Chandrachud will explore the enduring relevance and transformative power of the Indian Constitution in the book, which will be published at the end of August 2025.
