New Delhi, June 28 -- Parts of the national capital witnessed a spell of rain on Saturday, bringing welcome relief from the sweltering heat and high humidity that had gripped the city for days. Visuals from the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport showed rain-soaked runways.
