New Delhi, Jan. 29 -- Days ahead of the Delhi Assembly Election 2025, the Congress released its manifesto, promising 33 percent reservation in government jobs for women, health insurance for the elderly, free ration kit and welfare of the youth and the LBBTQ+ community.

These were just a few of the guarantees the Congress promised in its manifesto, which was divided into 22 focus areas. The manifesto was unveiled by Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav on Wednesday, January 29. He was flanked by Congress communications incharge Jairam Ramesh.
