New Delhi, Dec. 2 -- Costco is planning to join a fast-growing list of companies that are suing the Trump government to ensure that they are eligible for refunds if the global tariffs policy introduced by the US President are struck down by the Supreme Court.
Dozens of companies have filed lawsuits in a US trade court since late October whereby they have challenged Donald Trump's use of powers meant for an economic emergency to impose tariffs, and now the biggest warehouse club chain in the country has decided to follow suit.
