New Delhi, Dec. 18 -- Indian telecom major Bharti Airtel's board of directors on Thursday, 18 December 2025, approved the first and final call on partly paid-up equity shares issued earlier by the company.

The call has been fixed at Rs.401.25 per share, including a premium of Rs.397.50 per share, on 39.22 crore outstanding partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs.5 each.

These shares were issued on a rights basis pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated 22 September 2021. Through this move, the company is set to raise Rs.15,740 crore.
