New Delhi, June 20 -- A passenger - a 36-year-old female doctor and resident of Shivanahalli, near Yelahanka in Bengaluru - was offloaded by police due to her alleged misbehaviour with cabin crew members and for reportedly threatening to crash the Air India Express flight earlier this week.

The incident took place on flight IX2749, which was scheduled to take off from Surat International Airport to Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) around 2:30 pm on Tuesday.
