New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- At least 22 people are feared dead after a vehicle carrying labourers from Assam's Tinsukia district plunged into a gorge in Arunachal Pradesh's Anjaw district on Thursday. A rescue operation is currently underway, and efforts are on to contact authorities to know more about the incident.
The accident occurred when the vehicle, travelling through hilly terrain, reportedly lost control and tumbled into a deep gorge. Local authorities and disaster response teams quickly launched rescue operations, searching for survivors and working to recover the remaining victims.
