New Delhi, July 8 -- British Anchor Piers Morgan has stated that the inclusion of Jofra Archer in the English team for the Lord's Test will lead to wiping off smiles from the faces of Indian fans. Morgan's post on X came in response to some Indian fans mocking him for his earlier post praising Bazball after Jamie Smith and Harry Brook's counter-attacking knocks in a match which was clearly dominated by India.

The Shubman Gill led side defeated the hosts comperehensively in Edgbaston as the Indian skipper scored 430 runs in the match while pacers Mohammed Siraj and Akash Deep took the English batting to the task with 7 and 10 wicket hauls respectively.
