New Delhi, Dec. 24 -- The 2017 Unnao rape case survivor has called the Delhi High Court relief to expelled Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar "kaal" for her family and said that she would move the Supreme Court against the Delhi court decision. The court has decided to suspend the jail term of Kuldeep Singh Sengar who is serving life imprisonment in the Unnao rape case. The court has ordered his release on bail pending the disposal of his appeal against his conviction by a trial court in December 2019.
