New Delhi, Nov. 10 -- Amid speculations about the Delhi explosion being a bomb blast, a Delhi Police official has virtually ruled out any such possibilities.
"Explosion happened in a moving car on the road. There is no crater at the spot. So, we cannot say if it is a bomb blast. Also, no pellet/splinter injuries have been reported till now, which is the most common injury in bomb blasts. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco car, the source of the explosion, had 2-3 occupants. It has been mangled. Forensic teams are collecting the sample," a Delhi Police official told HT.
