India, June 2 -- A joint team of public-spirited activists and Odisha Lawyers Forum visited Nabarangpur District in Odisha to investigate violations of the rights of Adivasi, Dalit and religious minorities. The team identified gross violations of the fundamental, constitutional, and human rights of the most vulnerable communities, particularly in terms of equality before the law, the right to freedom of expression, thought, belief, and association, as well as the right to life and dignified burial.
