India, Feb. 20 -- Indications are that US-Russia relations are poised for a reset. Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin issued statements to this effect, which marks a detente in the bilateral ties that turned hostile in the aftermath of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
