India, Feb. 26 -- Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin has called a meeting of all recognised political parties in Tamil Nadu on March 5 to discuss the issue of delimitation which will change the number of Lok Sabha seats across Indian states. The politics behind the idea is simple.
