India, Aug. 15 -- You can use ChatGPT to get healthy eating tips, including advice on eating out in a healthy way. Dr Aaliya Yaqub, a 'Stanford trained' physician, wellness expert and the chief medical officer at Thrive Global, highlighted that in a video. Dr Yaqub explained a hack where people can input restaurant choices and nutritional goals, such as targeting a certain protein amount and calorie limit for a meal, and ChatGPT can then generate a precise order tailored to these requirements.
