Lucknow, Feb. 21 -- The Samajwadi Party (SP) hinted on Tuesday that its offer of 17 seats in Uttar Pradesh to the Congress was final and won't be changed, upping the pressure on its potential ally that is yet to publicly comment on the proposal for the Lok Sabha polls.
SP leaders aware of the matter said that the Akhilesh Yadav-led party put the ball in the Congress's court over the offer. P12
