India, July 11 -- The Punjab Vidhan Sabha witnessed unruly scenes with Congress members staging a walkout of the special assembly session on Friday over the murder of Abohar businessman Sanjay Verma by three assailants on July 7.

As soon as the House proceedings began, Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa raised the issue, demanding a discussion on the incident, but Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan did not allow his request, telling him that there was no provision of Zero Hour during a special session.
