New Delhi, Feb. 26 -- Lieutenant governor (LG) VK Saxena, in his customary speech to the first session of the newly constituted Delhi assembly which is drafted by the government, unveiled a 10-point agenda of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government and slammed the constant run-ins between the previous AAP dispensation and his office.
"My government believes that the politics of constant confrontation and blame game in the last 10 years has harmed Delhi," Saxena said.
