Bhubaneswar, July 21 -- The Internal Complaints Committee of the Fakir Mohan College in Odisha's Balasore formed under the POSH Act to probe the sexual harassment allegations of the 20-year-old student who immolated herself to death a week ago never recommended any punitive action against Samir Kumar Sahoo, the head of the department of teacher education who allegedly harassed her, a 9-page report of the committee said.
