India, Aug. 3 -- Weight loss feels like a slow journey up a steep hill, more so for shorter people. The results may appear slower. Often, it may seem like it's all in your head or that you are doing something wrong. But actually, the challenge is real, rooted in biology itself. Weight loss can be slower for shorter individuals due to differences in metabolic rates based on body size.
