India, June 17 -- Summer's allure can mask a growing issue, the "summer of insomnia". This is compounded by a broader sleep crisis in India, as revealed by the Resmed Global Sleep Study 2025. The study found that 49 percent of Indians reported that they struggle to fall asleep at least three times a week, and many hesitate to seek help.
