India, March 1 -- Westerners are known for following a diet that is rich in sugar and fat. From ultra-processed food to easy-to-make recipes, the diet can be very unhealthy, when it comes to regular intake. A recent study published in the International Journal of Obesity observed how a diet rich in fat and sugar can reduce blood flow in the brain.
