New Delhi, April 9 -- Chief minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday inaugurated multiple slum development projects in her Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency, where she also reviewed projects related to water supply, roads, sanitation, urban development, drainage systems, electricity, and civic amenities.
During the visit, the CM said that the government is fully committed to providing all basic amenities to slum residents. She also highlighted a special allocation of Rs.700 crore for the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) in this year's budget for slum development.
