Bhubaneswar, April 27 -- The body of a four-year-old girl was found at an under-construction building in Ganjam district of Odisha on Saturday, officers said, adding that they suspect the minor was raped and strangled to death.
A 27-year-old man, who is a distant relative of the girl, was arrested in connection with the incident, said Ganjam SP Suvendu Kumar Patra. "The accused lured the girl with chocolates and offered her to take her to the festival. He took her to an isolated place and raped her. He killed her by throttling her...," he said, adding that police found injuries in her private parts.htc
